What we offer:
|
Our dental practice is a member of the British Dental Association good-practice scheme and therefore every dentist and staff member in our practice have made a personal commitment to comply with the commitments. If you would like to read more about the work we have done to achieve membership of the good-practice scheme and how it will affect you as a patient of the practice, please ask a member of staff for the patient information booklet. The staff and dentists at the practice will also be happy to answer any of your questions.
The dentists provide a mixture of NHS and private care. We provide the full range of NHS treatment to all members of the public/children such as examinations, scale & polishes, fillings, crowns, dentures, emergency appointments and much more. We do not offer treatment under sedation at this practice but we can refer patients for this if requested. We also provide private treatment offering an extensive range of both cosmetic and routine treatment including orthodontic treatment and teeth whitening. Private care gives us more time to spend providing personal care and attention to our patients. We use high quality dental laboratories and we are able to take advantage of the best modern dental materials. |
Difficulty with stairs?
|
Our premises and surgeries are accessible to wheelchairs and there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
|
Methods of payment: |
We try to make payment as straight forward as possible.
The practice accepts payment either by cash, or credit/debit card. We do ask for payment prior to dental treatment, and if several appointments are required we will expect an instalment at each visit. For further information on the practices fees and payments please refer to our terms on offer policy or speak to a member of staff. |
Failed appointments: |
Missing appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients. Our practice policy is that if, on more than two occasions, patients cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend an appointment within a course of treatment, then we may no longer be able to offer NHS treatment. We will of course take any special circumstances into account. We may still be able to offer private dental care, but will require a non-refundable deposit.
|
